Conceptualization, Design to Final Production
THE PROCESS
During the fall of 2012, TD Bank hosted a back-to-school activation aimed at students, offering them a chance to win a coveted TD Music Experience Concert featuring Steve Aoki, Dragonette, and Young Empires for their respective schools.
From conceptualization through design to final production, I collaborated with the creative team in crafting the definitive visual identity for the concert held at Acadia University, Université de Moncton, and McMaster University.
My primary responsibility encompassed establishing the overarching ambiance of the entire event. This involved crafting attention-grabbing posters—designed to be irresistible to students—alongside banners, backdrops, VIP passes, and T-shirts. All designs featured black and white music instrument photographs infused with halftone patterns, overlaid with a distinctive green hue.
This event stands out as one of the most memorable concerts I've contributed to. Witnessing students snapping selfies against the backdrop of the posters was immensely rewarding and a moment of immense pride for me!
