In recent decades, the bulk of sports research has prioritized nutrition and bio-mechanics, overlooking significant opportunities for performance enhancement within the visual system. Sports Vision Training offers a means to specifically refine this system, benefiting athletes across diverse sports and positions that heavily depend on visual acuity, thereby unlocking potential improvements in their performance.
Project Overview
CHALLENGE
Developing an application designed for sports vision trainers, offering a suite of tools for testing, training, and monitoring client performance. The objective is to gather and structure real-time data and assessment outcomes, delivering valuable insights into the progress achieved and outlining future advancements for each athlete.
SOLUTION
Craft a sleek, dark-mode interface for Binovi Touch aimed at targeting a new market: sports enthusiasts.
Develop the Binovi Touch app enabling trainers to log in, offering a range of tests tailored to enhance their clients' performance across various sports.

Design
Binovi Touch stands as an impactful and intentional tool crafted for vision therapy and training. It embodies more than 30 years of global experience across 20 countries, aiding children, athletes, and seniors in resolving developmental, performance, and rehabilitation concerns. My task as a designer was to create an app equipped with a suite of tools enabling trainers to assess, enhance, and monitor their clients' performances effectively.
A demonstration of an activity accessible for trainers to utilize with their clients.
Every activity is accompanied by an explanation detailing its intended purpose and the outcomes it aims to achieve.
Every test can be tailored, enabling the targeting of precise aspects of a patient's vision skills, or alternatively expanded to gain a comprehensive overview of progress.
After the devices are linked, the trainer can advance to the next step.
This screen enables the trainer to initiate the test effectively by communicating with the patient.
User Interface Design
Within the process, I contributed by designing icons for the app and outlining various scenarios, including device connections and disconnections, as well as instructions on how to establish and sever these connections.
